IQ Capital: the true cost, before you pay.
What a 50K and a 100K IQ Capital evaluation really costs, how the drawdown works and when you can get paid. Summarised in our own words from IQ Capital's official pages, checked on 2026-09-27.
1. True cost: 50K and 100K
50K evaluation
$308pass first try
- Evaluation price$179 one-time
- Activation fee$129
- Resetcheck the official site
- After 1 failed attemptcheck the official site
- Profit target$3,000 (6%)
- Max drawdown$3,000 (6% EOD trailing)
100K evaluation
$428pass first try
- Evaluation price$299 one-time
- Activation fee$129
- Resetcheck the official site
- After 1 failed attemptcheck the official site
- Profit target$6,000
- Max drawdown$6,000 (6% EOD trailing)
Monthly fees: Monthly fee on funded accounts: $5 per CFD/crypto account; futures $19 or $39 per account (the official FAQ shows both). Challenge extension $19 per 30 days.
True cost = evaluation + activation. "After 1 failed attempt" adds one reset (or a new evaluation where resets aren't offered). List prices before any sale or code; firms run promotions often, so confirm the final price at checkout.
2. Drawdown: how you can fail
IQ Capital: 6% EOD trailing (locks at starting capital); per-trade loss cap 1% in challenge, 0.5% funded (3rd breach closes the account).
"EOD" (end of day) means the limit is set from your balance at the close. "Trailing" means the floor rises with your best balance, so profit you give back still counts. "Intraday trailing" follows your balance in real time, including open trades.
3. Payout rules
- 90/10 split from the first dollar
- first payout after 10 active trading days, then 10 new active days + 50% new profit per payout
- each payout capped at 50% of profit and $1,500-$2,500 (50K), $2,000-$3,000 (100K), $3,000-$4,000 (200K)
- funded consistency 30% (best day)
In short: you keep up to 90% of profits, subject to the conditions above.
Plan notes
Futures Core (position-loss) list prices from the pricing page CMS data on iqcapital.io; activation $129 (50K) / $149 (100K) after passing. The site shows conflicting figures in places (futures monthly fee $19 vs $39; Rapid split). Challenge fees are non-refundable.
